Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items such as drain cleaners or large power tools, we use specialized freight carriers which may require an additional 2-3 days for delivery scheduling.
What is your return policy for home tools?
We offer a 90-day return window for most products. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included and a valid proof of purchase.
Are RIDGID batteries compatible across different tool generations?
Yes, our 18V battery platform is designed for backward and forward compatibility, meaning newer 18V lithium-ion batteries will work with older 18V tools and vice versa.
