Return Process

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized shipping carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
